Shawn Davis

Shawn is a former senior insurance executive with 16 years of experience leading sales, marketing, distribution, product GTM, third-party administered operations, and talent acquisition at both large publicly traded and mutual insurance companies. 

As a hiring manager and candidate of executive searches, he was dissatisfied with the performance, service, and experience of working with other executive search firms.

With a creative, competitive and entrepreneurial spirit, he saw an opportunity to better support the industry by helping insurance and insurtech companies connect their business strategy with the right people strategy.
