The Assistant Vice President of Channel Management will play a critical role in establishing, managing, and growing the partnership channels, specifically focusing on the company’s new partnership. The individual will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive revenue, increase brand penetration, and ensure the successful delivery of our healthcare service offerings to the partner’s client base.

Position



Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow channel partnerships, focusing on revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders and other channel partners.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and coordinate training for their teams on our product offerings.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for revenue growth within the channel.
  • Collaborate with in-house Care advisers, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and ROI of the channel partnership.
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management or business development, preferably in life Insurance industries or in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of managing partnerships and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
