Chief Recruiting Officer
The firm seeks a Chief Recruiting Officer (CRO) to facilitate and lead the growth and expansion of the office by leading talent acquisition organization-wide in identifying and attracting inexperienced and experienced advisors to the firm personally and through a team of recruiters.
The Chief Recruiting Officer position has been strategically created to bring professional-level recruiting and executive search experience to support the firm’s growth objectives over the next five years. The CRO will catalyze the growth of high-caliber experienced financial advisors, inexperienced new agents, and sales leaders by developing a performance-driven recruiting culture and strategy. This professional recruiter and talent acquisition expert will lead a team of recruiters, supporting their growth and development to attain their individual and office-level recruiting goals.
The Chief Recruiting Officer will own, lead, and drive talent sourcing and attraction strategies and activities to source and select the best potential candidates with an eye for diverse opportunities. The CRO will oversee and improve the firm’s recruitment experience and training and development of the firm’s recruiters and leaders. The incumbent builds high-level quality relationships in the community and the office to promote career opportunities. This role will be an instrumental member of the executive team and report to the Managing Partner.
