Position



Responsibilities
  • Create new sales opportunities for the platform through brokers and consultants
  • Work closely with brokers and consultants to identify and target employers as potential clients for the caregiving support platform
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales, proposal activity and meeting targets
  • Customize sales presentations, proposals, and solutions to address the unique requirements of each proposal
  • Construct and maintain a business plan for the channel based on sales and strategic initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to articulate our competitive advantages
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to serving employers
  • Provide input on sales materials and collateral tailored for the channel
  • Support the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
  • Proven track record (at least 5 years) of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the Employee Benefits sector, with a focus on selling through brokers and consultants
  • Experience as an employee benefits broker is a desirable asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and sales tools
