Position



Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand their IMO base
  • Research and identify new potential market opportunities
  • Identify, recruit, acquire, and onboard distribution markets
  • Coordinate onboarding of distribution partners with the CMO and Account Executive team
  • Collaborate with CMO and Sales/Marketing team on post-deal partner management
  • Advocate on behalf of the IMOs to their stakeholders and communicate their needs
  • Primary targets will be IMOs, but experience with other distribution sources is a plus

 

Qualifications
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years proven track record as a Distribution Professional
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level leaders
  • Possess strong strategic planning and business development skills
  • Effective relationship-building skills to regularly interact with potential distribution partners
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving aptitude and attitude
  • Extensive travel is required
