To lead this expansion forward, Ethos seeks a Head of P&C Distribution to oversee its P&C distribution go-to-market strategy and execution.
Ethos is seeking an industry leader with a strong understanding of the personal lines independent agency channel, including contractual agreements, compensation models, technology vendors and integration requirements, marketing and sales strategies. The industry leader will have an established network with owners, principals and executives at some of the industry’s largest and most well-respected organizations and agencies. This highly credible industry executive will have a history of building win-win partnerships within the personal lines segment. This role is strategic and tactical, requiring a willingness to dive into the weeds and hustle to deliver for their distribution partners, customers and Ethos teammates.
