National Sales Director

FinFit Life is revolutionizing two of the largest industries in the world, financial services and health and fitness. As the company continues to expand into new markets and grow its licensed Associate field force, a new position is being created to assist the field leaders and Associates in their sales efforts. The National Sales Director will join the company in its growth phase as it continues to expand across the U.S. and eventually internationally. This role will focus on increasing life insurance sales per field Associate and increasing the overall sales productivity of the entire organization.

The National Sales Director will operate both strategically and tactically. The individual will hit the ground running by developing a training curriculum and programs to drive sales results while also performing training virtually and onsite. Sales tools and resources will need to be developed as the National Sales Director learns the common challenges and pain points of getting inexperienced newly licensed Associates onboarded and productive.

Position Overview



Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development and execution of new recruit and new agent training curriculum.
  • Train and onboard new agents by educating them on life insurance product features, advantages, benefits, selling and marketing techniques, and company programs.
  • Perform joint fieldwork with agents and field managers providing point of sales support and coaching.
  • Partner with field leaders to perform on-demand and onsite training based on the needs of the field office.
  • Provide coaching to agents and managers regarding the sales process to drive increased sales activity and results.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs online and in-person to provide 24/7 resources to the field force.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts with the development of materials, sales tools and techniques.
  • Provide ongoing training in response to new products, programs, systems, and processes to ensure field leaders and agents have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Work closely with carriers on product, sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.

 

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in life insurance sales and the ability to close a case.
  • Life and Health insurance license.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the life insurance and annuity industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance and annuity products, marketing and sales strategies.
  • Technologically advanced with Zoom, CRM and life insurance quoting software.
  • Ability to motivate others, establish trust and credibility, and inspire dedication.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills are required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to drive and execute company programs and initiatives with little direct supervision.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
