The Head of Client Services introduces new clients to Pinpoint Predictive, as well as serves as the eyes and ears of the organization from the client’s point of view, providing feedback and ideas to the leadership team. They will also be an integral part of all strategic discussions with the leadership team.

Details

The vision of the Client Services team is to provide our customers excellent service experience by addressing their questions and resolving their issues in a timely manner to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

This team will drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and value realization through operational excellence that enables Pinpoint to scale for future growth.

  • Help to facilitate client sessions, document, and present both qualitative and quantitative investment benefits.
  • Manage all activities as part of the technical sales cycle including the POC process and definition of use cases.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client use cases that Pinpoint is delivering and apply those during the client buying cycle as proof points.

Solution Consulting (Operations)

  • Manage the proof of concept (POC) process
  • Help define the “use case” for client engagements
  • Establish regular meeting cadence internally and externally with constant communication between all parties
  • Be a trusted advisor and provide input and guidance throughout the engagement
  • Manage the engagement’s timeline to exceed client expectations and address any deviations of delivery directly

Compliance

  • Develop, monitor, and manage Infosec and Privacy programs

Customer Success

  • Act as the client’s first point of escalation, making sure they always have an advocate to help address any open items, issues, gaps or challenges
  • Participate and contribute significantly to Executive Business Reviews
  • Be part of the leadership team creating, building, and driving strategic alignment across the organization
