TRANZACT is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with direct-to-consumer experience leading direct response and performance-driven businesses. The CMO will be a strategic thought leader with responsibility for all aspects of marketing, with an emphasis on defining, developing, and executing data-driven marketing programs and approaches to the organization, developing and executing the strategy for customer growth across all marketing channels, brands, products, and partnerships. This leader enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working in the details while driving the overall strategy, developing data models to make informed decisions, and designing and building marketing organizations and functions with top talent and organizational rigor.
ShareTRANZACT is a direct-to-consumer marketing and sales organization that links individuals to insurance products and information. TRANZACT works with the top insurance carriers in the country to market a wide breadth of products, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan, as well as an array of ancillary products, including dental, vision, life, and indemnity. TRANZACT employs approximately 1,300 individuals, including 850 licensed agents.
